My experience was pleasing. At first I wanted to go for the modern way one with ring because I heard it is less painful but my Aunt advised I should go for the traditional way. It is more painful but the results are always perfect compared to the ring and I must say i understand her point now that I did the traditional way compared to the ring one i have seen. We had a great experience with Rabbi Lezer Lampin who circumcised our son in our home. He was professional and communicated well before and after our baby’s circumcision. He was quick in conducting the circumcision and gave us a lot of reassurance of the process and the instructions for aftercare were very clear.
